Latest Gov't HomeBuilder Grant of $25,000
The Australian Government has recently announced the limited time HomeBuilder Grant that provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home or substantially renovate an existing home.

If you are looking to substantially renovate your existing home (minimum $150,000 renovation contract value), providing you meet the eligibility criteria, this grant is available where the building contract is signed between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020. Construction must commence within three months of the contract date. The same grant is on offer for new home builds where the value of the property does not exceed $750,000.
