Let's Talk!
Give us a call, send us an email or complete our online booking form. We'll ask you about your renovation plans so that we can understand exactly what you need and offer you our expert advice. We will even happily visit you at your home to discuss your ideas if you would like to show us the area.

Free Design Sketch & Free Estimate
After we have spoken or met with you to understand your renovation needs, we will prepare and provide a no obligation, free sketch design and estimate. You will then have the opportunity to ask our expert building team any questions you have. You are under no obligation to engage PRB, we insist that you receive the service you need to make an informed decision about your project.

Prepare Plans and Fixed Price Contract
If you're happy with our quality, competitively priced estimate, it's time to prepare plans, specifications and a fixed price contract. We will provide you with a quotation for the preparation of these plans in order to provide finite details, specification and a fixed price contract. At this stage you are still not bound to a building contract, simply the cost of preparing the documents.

Sign Building Contract & Commence Works
Welcome to PRB! By this stage, the renovation project is planned, prepared and documented in a fixed price contract and works will commence. The key to a successful renovation is comprehensive planning (check!) and constant communication and hands on project management throughout. At PRB we focus heavily on all these areas, ensuring a smooth, hassle free experience for you.

Handover
The time has come to start enjoying your new home. Handover is an exciting time and one we strive to make perfect for you. Prior to officially handing over, we will have inspected the works together and ensured that everything is in order prior to the big day. Still no need to worry though, PRB stand by our works and will promptly return to attend to any unlikely issues that may arise.
